House Rules

• Parties and gatherings of any kind are not allowed.

• The Villa and the Studio are strictly non‑smoking accommodations; smoking is not permitted indoors.

• In outdoor areas, please note that causing a fire — even by negligence — is a criminal offense.

• Lighting open fires (e.g., for barbeque) during the summer fire‑protection season is strictly prohibited by law.

• Pets are not allowed.

Pool Safety

• The Villa’s pool is not supervised by a lifeguard.

• Guests are solely responsible for the safe use of the pool.

• Extra caution is required when infants or young children are present.

• Owners maintain the pool in excellent condition but disclaim liability for unsafe use by guests.

Meals & Kitchen

• Meals are not provided.

• Both the Villa and the Studio include fully equipped kitchens for guests to prepare their own meals.

• Credit/debit cards are not accepted at this time.

Cleaning & Linen Service

• The Villa is delivered clean; weekly cleaning is provided for stays longer than one week.

• Bed linens and towels are changed every 3–4 days.

• More frequent cleaning or linen/towel changes can be arranged as an additional service.

Property Maintenance

• The Villa’s lawn requires regular maintenance (mowing, watering), which may occasionally cause minor disturbance.

Water

• The water in both the Villa and the Studio is potable (unless otherwise indicated).

• However, for your convinience ottled water is provided for your initial needs.
