Rules, Conditions and additional info

• No parties of any kind

• This is a non smoking property. That applies both for interior and exterior.

According to Greek Legistlation, criminal liabilities apply in a case of a fire that started by accident (for instance by lit cigarete)

• No pets are allowed

• Barbeque during the summer is striclty forbidden according to Greek Legistlation (criminal liabilities apply)

• No lifeguard is provided for the swimming pool.

Guests are fully responsible for the secure use of the swimming pool, especially in a case when small kids and/or infants are accomodated in the property.

Home owners are responsible for keeping the swimming pool in perfect operating condition. Though, in any case, the home owners abdictate all responsibilities for any incidents that are related to the inproper use of the pool

• The Villa operates on an self catering basis. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not provided. If you prefer, you can use the fully equipped kitchen in order to prepare your meals

• For aditionall services provided, we accept cash or Paypal. Credit Cards are not accepted, we apologize for that

• The Villa is handed over to the guests clean and cleaning services are provided every week (in cases the duration of lease is longer than 7 days).

Fresh sheets and towels are delivered every 3 or 4 days.

Provision of the above services in shorter periods is considered as an add-on service

• Lawn care (trimming, irrigation) is a prerequisite for it's perfect condition. We apologize for any inconvenience

• Water is supplied to the Villa from our own well. Allthough the water is perfectly safe, it's taste is, somehow,  brackish.
